Regular exercise is one of the keys to good health!

At Hearthstone Senior Living, we know that one of the keys to good health is regular exercise. That’s why we lead exercise classes every weekday.


Regular exercise opportunities include: stretching, balancing, muscle-toning, and strength-building. We also have classes designed to improve residents' posture and combining breathing and balancing. We also do mentally challenging 

activities to keep our minds sharp. Some residents enjoy a walking program, strolling our beautiful courtyard and the pathway around campus, or through the neighborhood.


For those who want to take exercise to the next level, Hearthstone at Murrayhill includes a 24-hour fitness center outfitted with treadmills, stationary bicycles, and weight machines.
