Grace Hall

Grace has the been the Administrator at Hearthstone of Beaverton since October, 2016.  Grace worked in Human Resources until she found her true passion – working with and advocating for older adults.  She has a heart of compassion, and values the importance of building relationships, encouraging her residents and staff as they build a strong family community.  It is fun to watch Grace live out her name.

Virgina Shea, RN

Health Services Director
Virginia consistently shows her friendly, cheerful spirit as she leads Hearthstone of Beaverton’s Health Services department. She is focused and organized and enjoys designing systems that improve the delivery of care for our residents. Virginia is getting to know the residents and their families, and makes herself available to answer any questions they may have. Virginia’s medical knowledge, hospital experience, and keen understanding of our residents’ needs are an asset to our community. She cares and it shows.

Wendy Castillo

Resident Care Coordinator
Wendy’s dedication to serving our Hearthstone residents with love, respect and integrity is obvious during care conferences with residents and their families. She is meticulous with details, and goes above and beyond when it comes to problem-solving. Not only is Wendy extremely organized, but she is also a compassionate listener – always sensitive to the specific needs and desires of each resident.

Nancy Anderson

Chaplain/Resident Relations Manager

Nancy enjoys providing spiritual support for Hearthstone of Beaverton residents through Sunday services, Bible study and devotional times. She helps new residents cope with transitional issues by lending her listening ear and offering prayer and counseling when requested. When residents are not feeling well, Nancy takes time for a friendly and encouraging visit whether it is in their apartment, at the hospital or a rehabilitation center.

Nancy Bliss

Life Enrichment Director
The moment you meet Nancy you will feel her warmth,friendliness and energy. She has a wealth of experience creating positive, life-enriching group activities, and balances that with meaningful one-on-one interactions with individuals. Nancy is passionate about meeting the needs of the whole person, and provides engaging exercise, art and music classes.

Jo Anne Baumann

Community Relations Manager
Jo Anne is the first point of contact for seniors and families who are inquiring about our community. Jo Anne enjoys building relationships with individuals, as well as creating and maintaining partnerships with other businesses in the area. Jo Anne was honored at a recent awards banquet and given the prestigious Marketing Professional of the Year award by the Metropolitan Senior Network. The award recognizes the practice of ethics and excellence in Healthcare Marketing. She was chosen by her peers and honored for representing the core values of MSN: Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. In addition, the winner must practice sound and ethical strategies in marketing for their company and participate in helping mentor others. She views life as an adventure, and finds inspiration and wisdom in the unique stories shared by older adults.

Stefanie Hilker

Food Services Director
Stefanie has been in the food industry since she was a child watching her father cook. She received her formal training at the Western Culinary Institute, now known as Le Cordon Bleu in Portland and has been a chef for 15 years. Stefanie’s contagious enthusiasm and zest for life is appreciated by residents, staff and families. Since part of Hearthstone of Beaverton’s charm is the smaller size, residents are given the opportunity to share their secret family recipes with Stefanie so she can recreate them for all to enjoy. In her spare time, Stefanie loves spending time with her dogs and cat and is learning to play the electric guitar.
