At Hearthstone of Beaverton we know that one of the keys to good health is regular exercise. That’s why we lead exercise classes every weekday morning in the activity room. Our workouts incorporate a variety of techniques – lively music to motivate, light weights to build strength and tone muscles, stretching exercises to limber up, movements to improve balance, and mentally challenging routines to keep our minds sharp. Some residents also enjoy a regular indoor walking program, where they can view original artwork displayed throughout the building. When the weather cooperates, residents can stroll in our beautiful courtyard, or explore the tree-lined pathway around the perimeter of the building.
