After comparing our resident and family member responses to those living in similar retirement communities across the country, Pinnacle awards its Best in Class certificates to the communities ranking highest. Since opening in 2002, Hearthstone at Murrayhill has consistently received Best in Class certificates, which we proudly display throughout our three communities. In addition, each month when we receive the Pinnacle survey results, managers review the feedback from residents and family members with their staff in an effort to continually improve the services we provide to our residents.
